1. Organizer

This competition is not related to Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook / Instagram.

2. Participation

By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Participation in this competition is free of charge and regardless of whether you use the services of KJ Hotelbetriebs GmbH. A participant in the context of the competition is the natural person who comments on Instagram under the competition entry in the feed or in the stories until January 31, 2021 and who fulfills the other additional conditions of participation. Eligible are people residing in Europe who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation. Younger people may also participate with the consent of their parents. Employees of the organizer and other people involved in the design and implementation of this competition are excluded from participation.

The competition begins on January 12th, 2021 and ends on January 31st, 2021 (midnight) (participation period). In the event of a culpable violation of the conditions of participation, the organizer is entitled to exclude the participant with immediate effect.

3. Profit and determination of profits

A winner will be selected by lottery and will receive a voucher for 1 night for 2 people including breakfast. The winner will be determined within the two working days following the end of the participation period. The winner is the participant who is determined from all participants by lottery. The winner will be contacted via a link on Instagram. If the winner does not confirm the prize within two working days, the prize will be forfeited and another participant will be determined as the winner through a new lottery procedure. The profit claim is non-transferable. A cash payment, change or exchange of the prize is excluded. The participant bears all operating, ancillary and follow-up costs incurred with the win or its acceptance or use. The voucher can only be redeemed on request, and it is up to the organizers / Hotel Sportalm whether the voucher can be redeemed on the requested date.

The personal data of the participants are used and collected by the organizer in compliance with data protection regulations. The personal data includes the fact of participation, in the case of a win also the name and address for sending the prize. The personal data of the participants will only be used for the implementation of the competition and the delivery of the prizes. The personal data will not be published and will only be used for the distribution of profits. 5. Canceling and changing the competition

Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The ineffective provision is replaced by a regulation that is appropriate in the individual case and that most closely corresponds to the purpose of the ineffective provision.
